If you're a certified InterNACHI home inspector, you already have access to one of the most powerful (and free!) marketing tools available: Inspector Seek.
This is InterNACHI’s public search tool—the place where thousands of homeowners, real estate agents, and property investors go every day to find qualified inspectors in their area. If your name and business don’t show up there, you could be missing out on steady, high-quality leads.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure your InterNACHI profile is ready for leads.
Step 1: Log in to Your InterNACHI Dashboard
Go to www.nachi.org and click Log In in the upper right corner. Use the email and password you used when you became a member. Once logged in, you'll be taken to your InterNACHI dashboard.
Step 2: Add Your Zip Code Listings
In Accounts, select Listings.
Here, you’ll enter all the ZIP codes where you’re available to inspect. This is crucial because Inspector Seek uses ZIP code data to match you with local leads.

Step 3: Update Your Profile
Navigate to Accounts and then select Profile & Settings. This is where you’ll add or edit the most important details about your business, including:
Your website URL - Make sure your website is linked so visitors can view your services, contact you directly, and book inspections.
Your contact info – Phone number, business name, email, and mailing address.
