SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Social Media Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the social media services (the "Services") provided by Inspector Website Builder LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), to home inspection businesses ("Client" or "you"). This Agreement covers all three service tiers: the Good Plan, the Better Plan, and the Best Plan. By purchasing any social media posting plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. Please review this Agreement carefully before selecting your plan.
Note: Blog and SEO content is no longer included in social media plans. Those services are now offered separately under Company's SEO & Blogging Service Agreement ("Inspector SEO & Content").

SERVICE PLANS
The deliverables, posting frequency, platforms, and pricing for each plan are those displayed on Company's current pricing plan and at checkout at the time of purchase, and are summarized below for reference. Company may adjust the features, deliverables, platforms, and pricing of any plan at its discretion; the plan and price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is binding for that subscription.

• 3 posts per week (inspection graphics, videos, InterNACHI® checklists, or tips)

• Content calendar & dedicated account manager

BETTER PLAN (Most Popular)
• 4 posts per week (inspection graphics, videos, InterNACHI® checklists, or tips)
• Professional captions & hashtags
• Platforms: Facebook + Instagram + Google Business Profile
• Content calendar & dedicated account manager

BEST PLAN
• 4 posts per week, plus up to 3 collaborative posts per week using Client's own photos/videos
• Professional captions & hashtags
• Platforms: Facebook + Instagram + Google Business Profile + YouTube + TikTok (video cross-posting where supported)
• Content calendar & dedicated account manager

REQUIREMENTS
• Active Wix website managed by Inspector Website Builder LLC, with Wix hosting and payment in good standing
• A required Wix Social Media Upgrade, billed separately by Wix directly to Client
• Connect social media accounts to the Wix dashboard and invite Company as "Marketing Manager" in Wix
• Best Plan: Client must upload any custom photos/videos by the 1st of each month for inclusion that month

BILLING
• Fees are charged automatically each month in advance to Client's payment method on file. Pricing is subject to change; the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is binding for that transaction.
• Services may be suspended without notice for declined or failed payments, and Company may assess a reasonable restoration fee.
• Any required Wix upgrade fees are paid by Client directly to Wix and are separate from Company's fees.
• Refunds and chargebacks are governed by Company's Return & Refund Policy at https://www.inspectorwebsitebuilder.com/return-refund-policy. By purchasing, Client waives the right to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute; any such chargeback constitutes a material breach for which Company may pursue all available remedies, including suspension of services, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees.

CANCELLATION
Client may cancel at any time by providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice via email to natasha@inspectorwebsitebuilder.com. Client remains liable for fees through the end of the then-current billing period, Services continue through that period, and no prorated refunds are issued for any unused time.

LIMITATIONS
• Services are performed via the Wix dashboard and connected integrations only; Company never accesses Client's account passwords.
• Platform availability and posting capability depend on Wix and the connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, YouTube, TikTok); Company is not responsible for platform changes, outages, API limitations, or technical issues outside its control.
• Company makes no guarantee regarding followers, reach, engagement, leads, or revenue. Results vary.
• Posts are published on a recurring basis per the content calendar for the plan purchased.

OWNERSHIP
• Client owns its social media accounts and followers.
• Company owns the videos, graphics, captions, and hashtags it creates, while Client retains a license to use the content published to Client's accounts.

• Dedicated account manager
• 2 business day response time
• Monthly analytics via Wix

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Before filing any legal action, Client agrees to first notify Company in writing and participate in good-faith resolution and, if needed, non-binding mediation in Raleigh, North Carolina, consistent with Company's website design Terms and Conditions. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

By purchasing a social media posting plan, Client acknowledges that Client has read this Agreement in its entirety, understands its terms, and agrees to be legally bound thereby.
