SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

This Social Media Management Agreement governs the social media management services provided by Inspector Website Builder LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), to home inspection businesses ("Client" or "you"). This agreement covers all three service tiers: Good Plan, Better Plan, and Best Plan. By purchasing any social media management plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. Please review this agreement carefully before selecting your plan.

GOOD PLAN ($99/month):

  • 1 post/week (min 4/month): inspection graphics, videos, InterNACHI® checklists, or tips

  • 1 SEO blog post/month

  • Professional captions & hashtags

  • 6 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, or YouTube

  • Content calendar & dedicated account manager

    REQUIRES Wix Social Media Upgrade ($13.50/mo paid to Wix)

BETTER PLAN ($199/month):

  • 3 posts/week (min 12/month): inspection graphics, videos, InterNACHI® checklists, tips

  • 1 SEO blog post/month

  • Professional captions & hashtags

  • Up to 6 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, YouTube

  • Content calendar & dedicated account manager

  • REQUIRES Wix Social Media Upgrade ($13.50/mo paid to Wix)

BEST PLAN ($299/month):

  • 3 posts/week (min 12/month): inspection graphics, videos, InterNACHI® checklists, tips

  • 3 custom posts/month using your photos/videos

  • 2 SEO blog posts/month

  • Professional captions & hashtags

  • Up to 6 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, YouTube

  • Content calendar & dedicated account manager

  • REQUIRES Wix Social Media Upgrade ($13.50/mo paid to Wix)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Wix website managed by Inspector Website Builder LLC

  • Connect social media accounts to Wix dashboard

  • Invite us as "Marketing Manager" in Wix

  • Best Plan: upload custom content by 1st of month

  • ​

BILLING:

  • Auto-charged monthly in advance

  • Services may be suspended for non-payment

  • Wix upgrade fees paid separately to Wix (Better/Best Plans)

NO REFUNDS: All payments final once services begin. No refunds for any reason including early termination, downgrades, or unused time.

CANCELLATION: 30 days written notice to natasha@inspectorwebsitebuilder.com. You pay through end of billing period. No prorated refunds.

LIMITATIONS:

  • Services via Wix dashboard only (we never access your passwords)

  • No guarantees on followers, engagement, or revenue

  • Not responsible for platform changes or technical issues

  • Content posted weekly per calendar

OWNERSHIP:

  • You own accounts & followers

  • We own created videos, graphics, captions, hashtags

​

SUPPORT:

  • Dedicated account manager

  • 2 business day response time

  • Monthly analytics via Wix
