Users may be requested to provide personal identification information when visiting the Site, registering on the Site, placing an order, subscribing to newsletters, completing forms, or engaging with other activities, services, features, or resources made available on the Site or through the Services.
Company shall collect personal identification information from Users only if such Users voluntarily submit such information. Users may visit the Site anonymously; however, failure to provide certain personal identification information may prevent Users from engaging in specific Site-related activities or from receiving Services.

B. Non-Personal Identification Information

Company may collect non-personal identification information regarding Users whenever such Users interact with the Site. Non-personal identification information may include, without limitation:

  4. Internet service provider utilized

For Users who engage Company for social media management services, Company may collect and process:

  5. Follower and audience demographic information

  6. Posting schedules and content calendars

  7. Client-provided photographs, videos, and other media content

All social media data is accessed and managed exclusively through User's Wix.com dashboard in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

 

II. WEB BROWSER COOKIES

The Site may employ "cookies" to enhance User experience. A User's web browser places cookies on the User's hard drive for record-keeping purposes and to enable certain Site features and functionality.
Users may elect to configure their web browser to refuse cookies or to provide alerts when cookies are transmitted. However, Users acknowledge that certain portions of the Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

 

III. HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION

Company may collect and use personal identification information for the following lawful purposes:
A. Service Delivery and Customer Support

  1. To provide, maintain, and improve the Services

  2. To respond to customer service requests and support inquiries

  3. To process transactions and fulfill orders

  4. To create and manage User accounts

  5. To provide access to Wix.com dashboards for social media management

  5. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email

E. Social Media Management Services

  1. To create, schedule, and post content on User's social media platforms

  2. To monitor and analyze social media performance metrics

  3. To generate content calendars and posting schedules

  4. To provide reporting and analytics regarding social media engagement

  5. To communicate with User regarding content strategy and performance

F. Legal Compliance and Security

  1. To diagnose technical problems and identify security risks

  2. To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or illegal activities

  3. To enforce Company's terms of service and policies

  4. To comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements

  5. To protect the rights, property, and safety of Company, Users, and third parties

IV. SUPPLEMENTED DATA

Company may receive supplemental data regarding Users from other sources, including but not limited to publicly available databases, social media platforms, data aggregators, or third-party data providers. In such instances, Company may combine such supplemented data with information already maintained regarding Users for purposes of updating records, expanding data accuracy, identifying potential customers, and providing products and services that may be of interest to Users.

If a User provides Company with personal information regarding third parties, or if third parties provide Company with a User's personal information, Company shall use such information solely for the specific purpose for which it was provided.

 

V. DATA SECURITY

Company implements appropriate data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal identification information, usernames, passwords, transaction information, and other data stored on or transmitted through the Site.

A. Security Measures

  1. Sensitive and private data exchanged between the Site and Users is transmitted over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) secured communication channel

  2. Data transmissions are encrypted and protected with digital signatures

  3. The Site maintains compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) vulnerability standards to provide a secure environment for Users

B. Third-Party Platform Security

For social media management services, Company accesses User's social media accounts exclusively through User's Wix.com dashboard. Company does not require, request, or store direct login credentials for User's individual social media platform accounts. Security of User's Wix.com account and connected social media accounts remains User's responsibility.

C. Limitation of Security Guarantees
Notwithstanding the security measures described herein, Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet or stored electronically. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent security risks associated with providing information online.

 

VI. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

A. No Sale or Rental of Personal Information

Company does not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to third parties for marketing purposes.

B. Aggregated Demographic Information

Company may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to personal identification information with business partners and trusted affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy.
C. Third-Party Service Providers

Company may engage third-party service providers to assist in operating the business, administering the Site, or providing Services. Such third-party service providers include, but are not limited to:

  1. Wix.com (for website hosting and social media management platform services)

  2. Payment processors

  3. Email service providers

  4. Analytics providers

  5. Cloud storage providers

Company may share User information with such third-party service providers solely to the extent necessary for them to perform their designated functions, and only with User's permission where required by law.

D. Social Media Platforms

For Users receiving social media management services, Company posts content to User's social media accounts through User's Wix.com dashboard. Such content and associated data may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of the respective social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest.

 

VII. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND LAW ENFORCEMENT

To comply with applicable laws and regulations, Company may cooperate with government agencies, law enforcement officials, and private parties. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disclose any information regarding Users to government officials, law enforcement authorities, or private parties as Company deems necessary or appropriate to:

  1. Respond to claims and legal process, including subpoenas and court orders

  2. Protect Company's property, rights, and interests

  3. Protect the property, rights, and interests of third parties

  4. Protect the safety of the public or any individual

  5. Prevent or terminate activity that Company considers illegal, unethical, or legally actionable

  6. Comply with legal, regulatory, or administrative requirements

 

VIII. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, platforms, and resources, including those of partners, suppliers, sponsors, licensors, and other entities. Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms of service, or policies of any third-party websites or services.

Users acknowledge and agree that browsing and interaction on third-party websites, including websites that link to or from the Site, are subject to such third-party websites' own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Company encourages Users to review the privacy policies of all third-party websites before providing any personal information.

A. Social Media Platforms

  1. Users who receive social media management services acknowledge that their content will be posted to third-party social media platforms. Company is not responsible for:

  2. Privacy policies or data practices of social media platforms

  3. Changes to social media platform terms of service

  4. Social media platform algorithm changes

  5. Account restrictions, suspensions, or deletions by social media platforms

  6. Third-party access to content posted on social media platforms

 

IX. DATA RETENTION

A. Website Design Services

Company retains User information collected in connection with website design services for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

B. Social Media Management Services

For Users receiving ongoing social media management services, Company retains User information for the duration of the service relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary for business records, legal compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

C. Content Ownership

Upon termination of social media management services, Company retains ownership of content created by Company (including videos, graphics, captions, and hashtags) but removes access to User's Wix.com account. User retains ownership of User's social media accounts, follower bases, and User-provided content.

 

X. AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Services are available for purchase only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are not targeted to, intended to be consumed by, or designed to entice individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

Company does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. If Company becomes aware that personal information has been collected from an individual under eighteen (18) years of age, Company shall take reasonable steps to delete such information.
If you have knowledge or reason to believe that an individual under eighteen (18) years of age has provided Company with personal information, please contact Company immediately using the contact information provided in Section XIV.

 

XI. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding Company's disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Company does not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

 

XII. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Company operates in the United States. If User accesses the Site or Services from outside the United States, User acknowledges that personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in User's jurisdiction.

By using the Services or providing personal information to Company, User consents to the transfer of such information to the United States.

 

XIII. AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Any changes to this Privacy Policy shall become effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the Site. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the Policy was last revised.

Company encourages Users to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed of how Company collects, uses, and protects personal information. Continued use of the Site or Services following any amendments to this Privacy Policy constitutes User's acceptance of and agreement to be bound by such amendments.

User acknowledges and agrees that it is User's responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and to become aware of any modifications.

 

XIV. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By accessing or using the Site or Services, User signifies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If User does not agree to this Privacy Policy, User must not access or use the Site or Services.
User's continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy shall constitute User's acceptance of such changes.
