IV. SUPPLEMENTED DATA
Company may receive supplemental data regarding Users from other sources, including but not limited to publicly available databases, social media platforms, data aggregators, or third-party data providers. In such instances, Company may combine such supplemented data with information already maintained regarding Users for purposes of updating records, expanding data accuracy, identifying potential customers, and providing products and services that may be of interest to Users.
If a User provides Company with personal information regarding third parties, or if third parties provide Company with a User's personal information, Company shall use such information solely for the specific purpose for which it was provided.
V. DATA SECURITY
Company implements appropriate data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal identification information, usernames, passwords, transaction information, and other data stored on or transmitted through the Site.

Notwithstanding the security measures described herein, Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet or stored electronically. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent security risks associated with providing information online.
VI. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
A. No Sale or Rental of Personal Information
Company does not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to third parties for marketing purposes.
B. Aggregated Demographic Information
Company may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to personal identification information with business partners and trusted affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy.

To comply with applicable laws and regulations, Company may cooperate with government agencies, law enforcement officials, and private parties. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disclose any information regarding Users to government officials, law enforcement authorities, or private parties as Company deems necessary or appropriate to:

IX. DATA RETENTION

B. Social Media Management Services
For Users receiving ongoing social media management services, Company retains User information for the duration of the service relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary for business records, legal compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
C. Content Ownership
Upon termination of social media management services, Company retains ownership of content created by Company (including videos, graphics, captions, and hashtags) but removes access to User's Wix.com account. User retains ownership of User's social media accounts, follower bases, and User-provided content.
X. AGE RESTRICTIONS
The Services are available for purchase only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are not targeted to, intended to be consumed by, or designed to entice individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
Company does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. If Company becomes aware that personal information has been collected from an individual under eighteen (18) years of age, Company shall take reasonable steps to delete such information.
If you have knowledge or reason to believe that an individual under eighteen (18) years of age has provided Company with personal information, please contact Company immediately using the contact information provided in Section XIV.
XI. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
