SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT AGREEMENT

This Social Media Management Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between ("Client" or "You") and Inspector Website Builder LLC ("Company"), together, the "Parties" for social media management services. Specifically, Client hires Company to provide ongoing social media management services for Client through Client's www.Wix.com account dashboard utilizing Wix's integrated social media management tools.
By electronically accepting this Agreement (via checking a box), Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions herein.
THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and this Agreement's mutual promises, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
I. COMPANY'S SERVICES UNDER AGREEMENT
A. Scope of Social Media Management Services
Company will provide the following monthly social media management services to Client through Client's Wix.com dashboard:

  1. Social Media Account Setup Guidance

    • Instructional videos for connecting up to seven (7) social media accounts to Client's Wix dashboard

    • Step-by-step video tutorials for account integration

    • Written instructions for setup process

  2. Professional Video Content Creation

    • Creation of one (1) professional inspection video post per week (minimum 4 per month)

    • Video content related to Client's business and industry

    • Professional editing and formatting optimized for social media platforms

  3. Additional Content Posting

    • Posting of up to two (2) additional client-provided posts per week

    • Formatting and optimization of client-provided content

    • Scheduling posts for optimal engagement times

  4. Content Enhancement

    • Creation of professional captions for all posts

    • Research and inclusion of relevant hashtags

    • Content optimization for each connected social media platform

  5. Dashboard Management

    • All posting conducted directly through Client's Wix dashboard

    • No direct access to Client's individual social media accounts required

    • Utilization of Wix's integrated social media management tools

  6. Performance Monitoring

    • Monthly analytics review using data available through Wix dashboard

    • Performance tracking for posted content

    • Engagement monitoring and basic reporting

  7. Dedicated Account Management

    • Assignment of a dedicated account manager for Client's social media needs

    • Regular communication regarding content strategy and performance

    • Responsive support for questions and concerns

B. Service Delivery Method
Company provides all services exclusively through Client's Wix.com dashboard using Wix's integrated social media management tools. Company does not require or request access to Client's individual social media platform login credentials. All content creation, scheduling, and posting activities are conducted through the secure Wix dashboard environment.
C. Monthly Service Schedule
Posting Schedule:

  • Content is posted on the 1st of every month

  • All posts for the month are scheduled and published on this date

Content Deadline:

  • All client-provided content for the upcoming month must be uploaded to the designated Wix folder by the 15th of the preceding month

  • Content received after the 15th deadline will be scheduled for the following month's posting cycle

D. Content Creation Standards
Professional Video Posts: Company creates original video content featuring:

  • Industry-relevant topics and information

  • Professional production quality

  • Appropriate length for each social media platform

  • Compliance with platform guidelines and best practices

Content Approval Process: Company reserves the right to review and modify all content (including client-provided content) to ensure:

  • Professional quality and appearance

  • Compliance with social media platform policies

  • Alignment with best practices for engagement

  • Appropriate messaging and tone

Content Exclusions: Company will not post content that is deemed inappropriate, unprofessional, inaccurate, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable for publication. Company may decline to post client-provided content that does not meet professional standards.
II. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER AGREEMENT
A. Wix Account Prerequisites
Required Wix Account Upgrade: Client must upgrade their Wix.com account to include social media management features. This upgrade is a mandatory prerequisite for receiving Company's services.
Account Maintenance: Client must maintain an active Wix account with social media management capabilities throughout the service period.
Access Permissions: Client must invite Company as a "Marketing Manager" role within their Wix account to enable content posting through the dashboard.
B. Social Media Account Setup
Account Connection: Client is responsible for connecting their social media accounts to their Wix dashboard following Company's provided video tutorials.
Platform Requirements: Client must have active accounts on the social media platforms they wish to manage (up to 7 accounts).
Ongoing Maintenance: Client must ensure social media accounts remain in good standing and maintain proper connection to Wix dashboard.
C. Setup and Onboarding Process
Video Tutorial Access: Company provides comprehensive video tutorials to guide Client through:

  • Wix account upgrade process

  • Social media account connection procedures

  • Marketing Manager invitation process

  • Service overview and expectations

Client Setup Responsibilities: Client must complete the following within 7 business days of service commencement:

  • Upgrade Wix account to include social media management features

  • Connect desired social media accounts to Wix dashboard

  • Send Marketing Manager invitation to Company

  • Provide initial business information and content preferences

D. Ongoing Content Collaboration
Content Submissions: Client may provide up to 2 additional posts per week for Company to format and post. All content must be uploaded to the designated Wix folder by the 15th of the preceding month.
Content Guidelines: Client-provided content must:

  • Comply with social media platform terms of service

  • Meet professional quality standards

  • Be appropriate for Client's business and audience

  • Include any necessary permissions for images or other media

Business Information: Client must provide accurate business information, service descriptions, and any updates to ensure content accuracy.
Feedback and Approval: Client should provide timely feedback on content strategy and any concerns regarding posted content.
III. COMPENSATION AND BILLING
A. Monthly Service Fee
The monthly fee for social media management services is four hundred ninety-nine dollars ($499.00) USD. This fee covers all services outlined in Section I of this Agreement.
B. Billing Cycle
Monthly charges occur on the same calendar day each month as the initial service purchase. Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to Client's credit card on file.
C. Additional Required Fees
Wix Upgrade Fee: Client must pay Wix.com directly for the required social media management upgrade. This fee is separate from and in addition to Company's monthly service fee. Approximate Wix costs:

  • $15.00 per month (billed monthly)

  • $13.50 per month (billed annually)

  • $10.50 per month (billed every two years)

D. Payment Authorization
Client authorizes Company to charge Client's credit card for all applicable fees. Client understands that services may be suspended for non-payment.
E. No Refunds Policy
All payments are final once services begin. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including early termination or unused portions of paid periods.
IV. SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND DEPENDENCIES
A. Platform Dependencies
Services are dependent upon:

  • Continued functionality of Wix.com's social media management features

  • Availability and policies of connected social media platforms

  • Client's maintained access and account standing with all platforms

B. Technical Limitations
Company is not responsible for:

  • Changes to social media platform algorithms or policies

  • Technical issues with Wix.com platform

  • Social media account restrictions or suspensions

  • Internet connectivity or platform outages

C. Performance Expectations
Company makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Follower growth or engagement rates

  • Specific performance metrics or results

  • Revenue generation or business growth from social media activities

  • Viral content or exceptional performance outcomes

V. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USAGE
A. Content Ownership
Client retains ownership of:

  • All social media accounts and follower bases

  • Business information and brand assets

  • Client-provided content and materials

Company retains ownership of:

  • Professional video content created by Company

  • Captions and hashtags created by Company

  • Strategic methodologies and processes

B. Content Usage Rights
Client grants Company permission to:

  • Use Client's business information for content creation

  • Post content on Client's behalf through Wix dashboard

  • Reference Client's business in Company's portfolio (with Client's consent)

VI. SERVICE TERM AND RENEWAL
A. Service Term
This Agreement begins upon Client's electronic acceptance and continues on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party in accordance with the termination provisions.
B. Automatic Renewal
Services automatically renew monthly unless Client provides thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation via email to natasha@inspectorwebsitebuilder.com.
C. Service Modifications
Company reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or terms with thirty (30) days written notice to Client. Client may cancel services if they do not agree to modifications.
VII. QUALITY ASSURANCE AND SUPPORT
A. Service Standards
Company commits to:

  • Consistent monthly content creation and posting on the 1st of each month

  • Professional quality standards for all content

  • Responsive communication with assigned account manager

  • Adherence to agreed-upon posting schedules

B. Client Support
Company provides:

  • Dedicated account manager for ongoing support

  • Response to Client inquiries within 2 business days

  • Monthly performance updates when available through Wix analytics

  • Technical guidance for Wix dashboard and social media integration issues

C. Service Monitoring
Company will monitor:

  • Content posting schedules and consistency

  • Basic performance metrics available through Wix dashboard

  • Platform compliance and posting success rates

  • Client satisfaction and feedback

VIII. TERMINATION AND TRANSITION
A. Termination Notice
Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice via email to natasha@inspectorwebsitebuilder.com. Client remains responsible for fees through the end of the current billing period.
B. Service Transition
Upon termination:

  • Company will complete all scheduled posts for the current paid period

  • Company will remove Marketing Manager access from Client's Wix account

  • Client retains all content, accounts, and data

  • No refunds provided for unused portions of paid periods

C. Post-Termination
After termination, Client resumes full responsibility for social media management. Company will provide basic transition guidance during the final month of service.
IX. ADDITIONAL TERMS
A. Communication
Primary communication occurs via email. Client should direct all service-related communications to their assigned account manager.
B. Confidentiality
Company agrees to maintain confidentiality of Client's business information and will not share sensitive information with third parties.
C. Modifications
This Agreement may only be modified in writing with mutual consent of both parties.
D. Integration with Terms and Conditions
This Agreement works in conjunction with Company's Social Media Management Service Terms and Conditions, which govern legal aspects, liability, and dispute resolution.
AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
This Agreement becomes effective when Client electronically accepts these terms during the service purchase process. By accepting this Agreement, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth herein. Client's electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding contract between Client and Company.
This Agreement was last updated on July 17, 2025, and governs all social media management services provided by Inspector Website Builder LLC.
