MARKETING SERVICE AGREEMENT

MARKETING SERVICE AGREEMENT

Last Updated: August 31, 2026

This Marketing Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the combined social media and SEO & blogging services (the “Services”) provided by Inspector Website Builder LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to home inspection businesses (“Client” or “you”). This Agreement covers all service tiers. By purchasing any Marketing plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. Please review this Agreement carefully before selecting your plan.

I. THE SERVICES

A. One combined service, offered in tiers. The Services combine done-for-you social media posting with SEO-optimized blogging in a single plan. The specific deliverables, posting and publishing frequency, platforms, and pricing for the tier Client selects are those displayed on Company’s current pricing plan and at checkout at the time of purchase, which are binding for that subscription. Company may adjust the names, features, deliverables, platforms, and pricing of any tier at its discretion; the plan and price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is binding for that subscription.

B. What the Services include. The Services consist solely of the deliverables expressly described for the tier purchased. Social content is created by Company and published to Client’s connected platforms through the Wix dashboard. Blog content is created by Company and published to Client’s existing Wix blog. SEO activity is limited to on-site optimization tasks performed using the tools available within Client’s Wix account and, where verified, Google Search Console.

C. What the Services do not include. Unless expressly stated in the tier purchased, the Services do not include: paid advertising or ad management; backlink building or off-site link acquisition; website design, redesign, or page builds (available separately); content for platforms other than Client’s connected social accounts and Wix blog; or any guarantee of search ranking, traffic, leads, or revenue (see Section VII).

II. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

To receive the Services, Client must, at all times during the subscription:

-   Maintain an active Wix website managed by Company, with Wix hosting and payment in good standing.
-   Connect its social media accounts to the Wix dashboard and invite Company as “Marketing Manager,” and grant and maintain the access Company reasonably requires to publish and optimize content within Client’s Wix account.
-   Complete Company’s intake form and provide accurate business information.
-   Where applicable, complete or permit Google Search Console verification so Company can access performance data.
-   If Client's plan requires a Wix Social upgrade, Client shall maintain it; the upgrade is billed separately by Wix directly to Client and is separate from Company's fees.
-   Best plan: upload any of Client’s own photos or videos by the 1st of each month for inclusion that month. Content received after the 1st is scheduled for the following month.

Client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and licensing of any business information, photos, certifications, claims, or other materials Client provides. Company is not responsible for Client’s statements, representations, professional image, certifications, or qualifications published on Client’s website or social accounts.

If Client fails to provide required access, information, approvals, or the required Wix upgrade, Company may pause delivery without credit or refund for the affected period, and timelines are extended accordingly.

III. REPORTING, ANALYTICS, AND PERFORMANCE DATA

Client can track performance in its Wix dashboard, including a monthly analytics summary. Certain reporting features are provided by Wix’s native tools and are subject to Wix’s own thresholds:

A. Monthly Performance Report. Client’s monthly performance report is generated by Wix’s native client-reporting tool. Per Wix, a report is produced only for a site that recorded at least 30 sessions in the previous month; a site below that threshold will not receive a report for that month. Reports are delivered at the beginning of each month and reflect the previous month’s activity. B. AI Visibility Data. AI visibility is tracked through Wix’s native AI Visibility Overview. Per Wix, this tool requires at least 50 unique visitors to Client’s site within the trailing 30 days before it will display data; until that threshold is met, the dashboard shows “Not enough visitors yet.” This is a Wix platform requirement, not a Company limitation. IV. CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP

Client owns its social media accounts and followers. Upon publication, and so long as Client’s account remains in good standing, Client owns the blog content, copy, and graphics created and published by Company specifically for Client’s website. Company retains all rights to its underlying processes, templates, methodologies, content frameworks, prompts, and any non-Client-specific materials used to produce the Services, and may reuse general industry information, formats, and non-identifying techniques in connection with other clients.

V. COMPENSATION, BILLING, AND AUTO-RENEWAL

-   This is a recurring subscription. Fees are charged automatically each month in advance to Client’s payment method on file, and the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled in accordance with Section VI.
-   Pricing is subject to change; the plan and price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is binding for that subscription. Company will notify Client by email at least thirty (30) days before any change to the recurring fee takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new fee, and Client may cancel before then.
-   Services may be suspended for declined or failed payments.
-   Any required Wix upgrade fees are paid by Client directly to Wix and are separate from Company’s fees.
-   Refunds and chargebacks are governed by Company’s Return & Refund Policy at https://www.inspectorwebsitebuilder.com/return-refund-policy. All sales are final; refunds, if any, are at Company’s sole discretion and may be reduced by processing fees. If Client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute for Services Company has performed as agreed, Client agrees this constitutes a material breach, and Company may pursue all available remedies, including suspension of Services and recovery of the disputed amount plus reasonable costs of collection and attorneys’ fees where permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any rights Client may have under applicable law to dispute billing errors or unauthorized charges.

VI. CANCELLATION

There are no long-term contracts. Client may cancel at any time by emailing natasha@inspectorwebsitebuilder.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; Services continue through that period, no further charges are made after the current period, and no prorated refund is issued for the current period.

VII. LIMITATIONS

-   Services are performed via the Wix dashboard and connected integrations only; Company never accesses Client’s account passwords.
-   Platform availability and posting or publishing capability depend on Wix and the connected platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, YouTube, and TikTok) and on search and AI-search platforms; Company is not responsible for platform changes, outages, API limitations, algorithm changes, or technical issues outside its control.
-   Company makes no guarantee regarding followers, reach, engagement, search ranking, traffic, leads, or revenue. Results vary.
-   Content is published on a recurring basis per the content calendar for the plan purchased.

VIII. SUPPORT

Client has access to a dedicated account and content specialist and a monthly analytics summary via the Wix dashboard. Company may decline to produce or publish content it reasonably considers inappropriate, inaccurate, or inconsistent with platform guidelines. Company reserves the right to review and modify content, including Client-provided content, to ensure professional quality and compliance.
